Challenge a definition or result.
Corrections are a product surface, not a support ticket. A standard that cannot be argued with is doctrine.
- Incorrect entity information — category, product, geography, capability, or ownership.
- Omitted public evidence we should have found and did not.
- Inappropriate prompt selection for the stated buying situation.
- Irrelevant category comparisons or the wrong competitor set.
- Undisclosed conflicts of interest.
- Scoring inconsistency against the published rubric.
What a correction preserves
Accepting a correction does not erase what was said before it. Both records survive, and the newer one points at the decision that superseded the older.
- The original observation, unaltered.
- The evidence submitted with the challenge.
- Who decided, and the reasoning.
- Any resulting score version and rubric change.
A correction cannot be closed by the same agent that produced the disputed finding without human review.
How to submit one today
Nothing has been published about any company yet, so there is nothing to correct. The intake lands with the assessment workflow.
Not built yetThe correction policy is published; the submission and adjudication surface lands in slice 1D.
Until then, a challenge to the standard itself belongs against FOUND v0.1 — its equal weights and prompt protocol are explicitly open to evidence-based correction.
